Notes on the study of legal literature on indigenous law in Chile during the period of division of indigenous communities and the establishment of individual property (1930-1993)
After the settlement of the indigenous peoples in Chile, from 1930 to 1993, the legislation aimed at regularizing the possession and ownership of land in the so-called southern zone regarding the division of the indigenous communal property and the constitution of individual property. The author analyzes the contribution of Chilean jurists to the practical application of this regulation.
